This paper is the thesis by which the author obtained his Master's Degree in Education Intervention in Educational Practice. by the Graduate Center of the Ministry of Education Jalisco. It was written mainly in the qualitative and ethnographic method, and seeks to propose solutions to the following issues: How can the high school level teachers of the University of Guadalajara intervene and transform their practice education? How can improve the learning of students who are not, do not join the group or meet with homework assignments?
