Well after not updating des 1,500 years ago ... We are still here! Some are doing pre-season in the gym (a bit of weight and the occasional spinning class ...) and some that are miles without stopping. The problem now is the cold, I at least go out at 8, the day that I have wanted and I get up I do it the other day I left warm and cold do not pass, but you have to psych one before ... jajaja
This season is like the previous few races, and go out and enjoy the bike, finally, put the same xip wearing hehe, do some of the caixa, some popular, I have wanted to try some social-road and then do the cyclists (Remences, and falling around here) to see how things goes and see if the weather improves and the sun comes out!
