Good, after a long time without writing (summer one for less at home .... lol) we have doing right out of the good, using the sun and warmth!
Now it is out i enjoy the bike, doing quality workouts, not much force the machine, some cyclists have run out of gear provided, some continue to train, others resume the coaches .. . There is a bit of everything!
